Hello everyone, I have been planning to write a blog for a long time finally, I took the first step and I finished the writing. In general, I am planning to come before you about technological articles. Some writings will be about smart agriculture at first. That’s why I want first writing to be about entering smart agriculture. This will be an article that I try to respond to questions like why do we need this notion and how will smart agriculture affect humanity? The population of the world is estimated to be 9.3 billion in 2050. The population will not only increase till 2050 but also per capita income will increase. Income growth will cause an increase in the food need in developing countries. We are in a position that can’t provide this food need with current potential. The quality of products is observed big falls with increasing of usage agriculture pesticides. Unfortunately, these big fall advanced enough to affect public health. Not only agricultural pesticides but also climate conditions started to pose serious damages in about production of efficient vegetable products.

Increasing population, harmful factors on vegetables, and climate change are forcing the agriculture sector to make innovations. Notions like Smart Agriculture and Soilless Farming came into our life to both decrease effects of climate change and improve the efficiency of production at the conclusion of these innovations. Now, I will mention these two notions in a short, I will explain these in detail in the following writings.

Soilless agriculture is a system that which products provide their food need from water or air, not soil. Unlike the classic system, we can say systems also that isn’t used soil, waste, or chemical drug. These systems are aimed to increase the amount of production in the unit area by doing vertical and horizontal and improve efficiency by using less water and chemical. We can think of Soilless Agriculture as a subheading of Smart Agriculture also. The most important 3 techniques of Soilless Agriculture are hydroponic, aeroponic, and aquaponic. These topics will be mentioned in another writing in detail.

Smart Agriculture is a technique that provides soil and product management for increasing efficiency and decreasing of harmful that is given to the environment with using the source more economically. Smart Agriculture includes improved a system approach with control, electronic, computer, database, and account information. The key element that is aimed at the applied inputs in agricultural production is used in place, time, and the amount that is needed. Smart Agriculture techniques are used in just about any period of herbal production from soil cultivation to harvest.

Lastly, I will mention some detections about Smart Agriculture of some research companies. Robots and good agriculture planning help to decrease the wastage of food. Pitchbook specified irrigation, indoor farming, and agriculture biotechnologies as a potential solution across the effects of climate change.

The investment that was made to agriculture technology companies was 2.5 billion dollars in 2019 and reaches 5 billion dollars in 2020 as reported by Finistere Ventures. This prognosticates that we witness the born of a new sector. Everyone enjoys this change. Have a healthy day.
